About Monica Suleski

Founder of Eclectic Elements, Monica Suleski felt from a young age that a career in design beckoned her. The daughter of a Polish father and Colombian mother, she was raised between the traditional values of Philadelphia and the trendiness of South Beach. Always the creative, Monica spent her youth as a budding fashion designer where she learned the nuances of styling, fabric, and texture. This affinity to appreciate contrast is a lesson which had a profound effect on her personal acumen, ethics, and ambitions. Upon graduating from high school, Monica moved to South Florida to attend the University of Miami, where her love for design and business was further cultivated. It was there that she shifted her focus and chose a career in interior design, a natural extension of fashion.

After college, Monica traveled the globe to gain first hand knowledge of furniture production and manufacturing. Returning to Miami in 1989, she opened Eclectic Element, a 20,000 square foot contemporary, modern, and transitional furniture showroom and interior design firm. A visionary entrepreneur, Monica created Eclectic Elements with the mission to construct multidimensional spaces that blur the line between fashion, art, and interior design. The business was built on the philosophy of creating unique and dynamic environments which redefine indoor and outdoor living. Monica attributes her success to developing concepts which range from the moderately affordable to the ultra-luxurious without compromising style and quality.

Since Eclectic Elements’ inception, Monica’s designs have graced homes throughout the US and Caribbean. Projects include luxury estates, prominent residential properties and notable commercial developments. Renowned for delivering exquisite furnishings with sophisticated design elements, her clientele includes noted designers, architectural firms, Fortune 500 and recognizable celebrities.  In 1993 Monica expanded her business to include furniture rental and luxury estate rentals and sales.
